What Is Covered

What Is Not Covered

Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Exposure to weather or outdoor environmental conditions beyond intended use

How to Make a Warranty Claim

All warranty claims are handled through FlameScape Fire Features. To initiate a claim:

2. Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
3. Submit photos clearly showing the defect or issue
4. Our team will review your claim and liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf
