What Is Covered

What Is Not Covered
Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage or defects resulting from:

- Normal wear and tear
- Exposure to weather or outdoor environmental conditions beyond intended use

How to Make a Warranty Claim
All warranty claims are handled through FlameScape Fire Features. To initiate a claim:

- Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Submit photos clearly showing the defect or issue
- Our team will review your claim and liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf
