We do our best to provide accurate shipping rates at checkout. However, deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional shipping fees. If this occurs, we'll contact you to review the updated shipping cost before shipping your order.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Large and heavy items are shipped via freight carriers. Delivery is typically curbside unless otherwise arranged in advance. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access for delivery trucks.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated shipping timelines will be provided at the time of purchase. Delays may occur due to product availability, carrier scheduling, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Delivery Requirements
Someone must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and accept the shipment. Please inspect all items carefully before signing the delivery receipt.
Inspection & Damage Claims
Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. If damage is discovered after delivery, it must be reported within 24 hours with photos. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist with a claim.
Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery Fees
If a delivery is missed or refused for reasons unrelated to product damage or error, additional delivery or storage fees may apply.
Site Readiness
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is ready and accessible. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from site conditions, access limitations, or scheduling conflicts.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location, and are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
