Refund policy

Return Policy – Large & Heavy Items

Due to the nature of large and heavy items, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered and accepted.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on heavy items, including but not limited to fireplaces, inserts, and related materials, except in cases of verified manufacturer defect or damage incurred during delivery.

Customers are responsible for confirming all specifications, measurements, clearances, and compatibility prior to purchase. Any changes in project scope, design decisions, or site conditions after delivery do not qualify for return or refund.

If a product arrives damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve legitimate damage or defect claims.

Special order and custom items are non-refundable under all circumstances.
