Stand your whole chicken upright on the sitter, fill the reservoir with water, beer, wine, or a blend of herbs and aromatics, and let the Primo do the rest. As the liquid heats, it steams up through the bird from the inside — keeping the meat incredibly moist while the outside crisps up beautifully in the circulating heat.

Ceramic construction holds heat evenly and won't impart any metallic flavour, making it a cleaner, more flavourful alternative to the traditional tin-can method.
